Coffee was magnificent, matcha was delicious. Very good customer service and I can’t wait for their fall menu for the cinnamon maple latte. Blueberry matcha is sweet and hydrating.

This was my first time visiting the Capital One Café in Brickell, and thanks to Lorena, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to show me around. She gave me a fantastic tour, explained the Money & Life program, and even introduced me to one of their mentors. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and personable she was. Lorena took the time to explain everything, including the MLB promotion, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than just a typical café visit. And of course, walking out with a delicious iced latte on such a hot, sunny Miami day was the perfect ending! ☀️🧊☕ Lorena was superb and truly made my first visit memorable. Capital One Café has definitely gained a new fan, and I’ll absolutely be back! ✨

My experience at Capital One was truly disappointing from start to finish. Everything is slow, disorganized, and uncomfortable. There is virtually nowhere to wait, and to make matters worse, employees are constantly asking people to move because there simply isn’t enough space. It is impossible to relax or feel welcome. My iced coffee cup was leaking and ended up spilling everywhere; I eventually had to throw it away. The products and overall offerings are of very poor quality and do not justify a visit at all. The atmosphere is nothing special either. It simply feels like being inside a low-quality bank, with no personality and no experience worth mentioning. The service I received was among the worst I have experienced in a place like this. I am a Brickell resident and decided to give it a chance out of curiosity, but it will definitely be my last visit. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend it. There are far better places in the area to work, meet with others, or simply enjoy a coffee.

I like this place. It is not a traditional bank. You can order food and speak to a bank agent at the same time... I come here to get some work done on my computer. I can also speak with an agent if I want to talk about my banking needs with my checking and savings accounts. The area around this place also makes it attractive to visit. Right next door is Brickell City Place where you can find plenty of parking for a price.

Updated Review (February 2026). I swung by the Capital One Café in Brickell during this crazy cold snap, literally one of the coldest days Miami has seen in over 15 years, and it was the best decision ever. I'm pretty particular with my order, and the barista, Alejandra, absolutely nailed it. I usually go for a "not-so-lame" decaf, and she prepared a perfectly tailored experience: * Extra shots of decaf (for the flavor without the jitters!) * Oat milk & Sugar-free vanilla * A serious punch of cinnamon It was exactly what I needed to stay warm. It's rare to find someone who pays that much attention to a custom order and gets the balance just right. Alejandra is awesome. She honestly made me feel like a total Capital One VIP member. If you have the chance to be served by her, you're in for a treat. 200 stars for her if I could! If you're in Brickell and need a spot that actually cares about your coffee order, this is it. Pd. The spot gets crowded, so if you are looking to co-work here, be early to reserve your desk so the ambiance is more comfortable for you.
